STOREROTICA’s 10th Annual Awards—SE X—were presented at the ANME Founders Show on July 18th
July 19th, Clearwater, FL: Honoring the best in the adult storefront sector, and celebrating a decade of adult retail excellence, STOREROTICA Magazine is proud to announce the winners from the 10th Annual STOREROTICA AWARDS. These SE Awards were presented at the industry gala on the evening of Monday, July 18th, during the summertime ANME Founders Show in Burbank, California. For the third straight year, adult industry maven and PR guru Kelly Shibari hosted the festivities. “This year the 10th Annual STOREROTICA Awards delivered in style and spectacle,” says SE’s PR Manager, Kristofer Kay. “Not only was it our largest ever celebration, but it felt like the culmination of everything the magazine set out to accomplish a decade ago. With a capacity attendee turnout, a delicious dinner buffet, Kelly Shibari once again proving she’s the best hostess we’ve ever had, and a terrific venue such as the ANME show, we will look back on this night fondly for quite a while.”
As STOREROTICA celebrates a decade of SE Awards, this year also marked several new award categories for presentation. As with years prior, SE queried professionals from throughout the industry via the StoreroticaAwards.com website during the “pre-nominations” voting process which ran from April 15th to May 1st. The final awards ballot was posted online for voting from May 11th to May 25th.
Recognizing excellence in the adult retail community, the STOREROTICA Awards have revered those in both the brick-and-mortar storefront, distributing and manufacturing levels. In celebration of 10 years of STOREROTICA Awards, and as a reflection of both the industry’s and the magazine’s evolution, seven new categories were introduced for the 2016 submission season, including: Brand Ambassador of the Year; New Product of the Year (International); Luxury Line of the Year; LGBT Company of the Year; Adult Game/Gag Gift of the Year; BDSM Product of the Year; and Retailer Favorite of the Year. This brings the grand total of SE Award categories to an even 20.
