Lovehoney Group (owner of the Womanizer brand and the Pleasure Air Technology) today announced that it has resolved its patent disputes with Maia Toys, LLC, California Exotics, LLC and Doc Johnson Enterprises. As part of the parties’ settlement and given the specific facts and circumstances of each dispute, Maia Toys, Doc Johnson and CalExotics agreed to discontinue the products at issue. Each matter has been resolved without litigation. Lovehoney will continue to enforce its intellectual property rights and evaluate each matter individually.
