Sportsheets stands behind the quality of its products and therefore has expanded its Limited Lifetime Warranty to cover all products under the Sportsheets, Sex & Mischief, and Edge brands. This includes the company’s newest Special Edition and Saffron releases as well as the best-selling Em.Ex line of harnesses to name a few.

End consumers can contact Sportsheets Customer Service directly to submit a claim via Sportsheets.com. If a product fails to conform to the Limited Lifetime Warranty, Sportsheets will replace the defective product. If the original product is not available, Sportsheets will replace it with similar product of similar function. All electronic products, such as vibrators, bullets, and vibrating dildos, are covered by the company’s 5 year warranty. Packaging will be updated on the appropriate products to reflect the change.
