Celebrating its 18th year, the industry’s leading trade publication for adult retailers will honor the best in manufacturing, wholesale and brick and mortar sales.
Adult retail’s premier summertime event, the Adult Novelty Manufacturer Expo (ANME), and the leading industry trade publication for brick and mortars, StorErotica Magazine, are once again pleased to announce that the 18th Annual StorErotica (SE) Awards will take place on July 15th at the Marriott Airport Hotel in Burbank, California, longtime home of the ANME.
Returning to host the awards for her second year will be retailer, “sexpert” and content creator, Zoe Ligon.
Established in 2007, the StorErotica Awards honor the best in pleasure products and adult retail, as voted upon by StorErotica Magazine readers. Nominees will be chosen by readers via an email survey due to be sent out to all subscribers this week.
Some of the 18 returning categories for 2025 include: Pleasure Product Company of the Year, Distributor of the Year, BDSM/Fetish Company of the Year, Boutique Brand of the Year, Lubricant Company of the Year, New Product of the Year, Account Executive of the Year, Foreign Manufacturer of the Year, Brand Ambassador of the Year and two Retailer of the Year Awards (for independent and chain locations).
After tabulating the votes from the email ballot, the SE Awards’ final ballot will be emailed to readers following the Memorial Day holiday.
“This awards process will help us by receiving pre-nom and final voting tallies in almost real-time from a wider field of qualified recipients who work with these products and vendors in an almost daily capacity,” says StorErotica Managing Editor, Kristofer Kay. “Let’s be real, this has been a tough year for many people in our industry, none of us are out of the woods either. Having the opportunity to celebrate our partners and friends is important for us here at SE. Our continued gratitude goes to the Founders and the ANME crew led by Lacy Empkey for what will be another wonderful evening for the adult retail industry in Burbank.”
Like in years past, ANME attendees are welcome to attend the SE Awards reception held directly outside the Marriott’s City Ballroom starting at 6 pm that evening. The Awards presentation will begin promptly at 7 pm.
