McNeely hails from Killeen, Texas and has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of facets throughout the pleasure product industry, including retail support and education. She brings a deep understanding of product trends along with customer needs from her tenure at major manufacturers and the home party sector.

Heather is a well-traveled “road warrior” with a holistic approach to sales and product education that has made her a trusted source among retailers across the country. In her role at XR Brands, she will be focusing on maintaining and growing customer accounts and supporting retailers through store visits and trainings.
