Eldorado Trading Company, the award-winning distributor of adult toys, lingerie, and party supplies, is celebrating the hard work and dedication of the Eldorado employees with a specially designed staff t-shirt.
The t-shirt, designed by Eldorado Senior Graphic Artist, Dale Zurawski, states “Teamwork Makes The Dream Work.” The design also lists the numerous years Eldorado has earned both StorErotica and XBIZ Distributor of the Year awards. Eldorado has earned the StorErotica Distributor of the Year award nine times since 2008. Eldorado has also been awarded the XBIZ Distributor of the Year award eight times since 2012.
“This year has been difficult for everyone. With all the additional stress from the pandemic, I wanted to show our appreciation for the employees’ commitment to the company but especially to each other,” says Wanda Garland, Eldorado CEO.
One example of the staff’s outstanding teamwork comes from the Sales department. Each month, Eldorado honors one employee with the Employee of the Month award for their exceptional work efforts. This month, Sales Account Manager James Noblitt was selected as the June Eldorado Employee of the Month. Noblitt was chosen for remarkable sales growth in recent months, as well as his effort to support the warehouse team. Noblitt also volunteered with the warehouse team to help process product arrivals as well as pulling customer orders. His efforts went above and beyond, helping to get more orders out the door to customers faster.
Eldorado’s new Director of Sales, Derek DalPiaz, adds, “James is a salt of the earth guy. He develops solid relationships with customers, suppliers, and his team. He has the respect of those he works with because he’s earned it through hard work, follow through, and tenacity.”
