As part of the collaboration, both parties entered into a license agreement. SVAKOM will now integrate Lovehoney Group’s first-of-its-kind patented Pleasure Air Technology into a range of suction-based stimulators.
In parallel, Lovehoney Group will gain access to SVAKOM’s established KooSync platform for its Arcwave brand. More than a companion app, KooSync delivers interactive connected experiences through advanced software technology, opening new possibilities for immersive content, long-distance connection, and future product innovation.
Commenting on the partnership, Johannes von Plettenberg, CEO of Lovehoney Group, said:
“This licensing agreement demonstrates our strong commitment to protecting and sharing our intellectual property responsibly. We are delighted that SVAKOM values our innovations, and we look forward to a constructive cooperation that promotes creativity and growth across the sexual wellness industry. We are equally excited about gaining access to SVAKOM’s KooSync App, which will support our connected-product ecosystem and help us deliver enhanced digital experiences for our customers.”
David Yu, CEO of SVAKOM, added:
“SVAKOM is dedicated to advancing innovation and ensuring fair competition. We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with Lovehoney Group and to bring exciting new products to consumers while fully respecting the intellectual property that underpins them. KooSync is more than an app — it’s a powerful interactive platform that connects products with engaging digital experiences. We believe interactive connection represents the future of intimate wellness, and we’re proud that Lovehoney Group recognizes the value of our software technology as we work together to shape the next generation of connected pleasure.”
