Sportsheets has promoted longtime executive Emily Silva to Director of Product & Merchandising, elevating an 18-year company veteran into a leadership role overseeing the company’s long-term product strategy and merchandising initiatives.

Silva has been a driving force behind Sportsheets’ growth for nearly two decades, contributing across virtually every facet of the business. Her experience spans sales, private label development, product development, customer education, retailer training and trade show representation, earning her a reputation as one of the company’s most knowledgeable and trusted leaders.

Most recently serving as Product Line Manager, Silva led the development and execution of Sportsheets’ branded collections and private label programs. In her new role, she will oversee the company’s product roadmap, branded collections, private label partnerships, merchandising strategy and product lifecycle management while continuing to advance Sportsheets’ mission of promoting connection, confidence and intimate exploration through innovative product design.

Silva will report directly to General Manager Donavon Dartez and will play a key role in shaping the future of the company’s product organization. She will also work closely with Executive Vice President of Sales Kelly Sofferman to ensure Sportsheets’ product strategy remains aligned with customer insights, emerging market trends and long-term business growth.
