In a continued effort to offer customers more flexibility, Sportsheets has established a Vimeo channel to host product demo videos.

Sportsheets retailers now have another option when it comes to sharing demo videos with the addition of the Sportsheets Vimeo channel. Customers can find 120 product videos currently populated on the channel with plans to add more as they become available. As the second largest video hosting platform, Vimeo videos can also be easily shared and embedded into websites. Unlike YouTube, viewers can watch videos free from ads. Retailers can add the videos to their websites, social media channels, or have them playing on a screen in-store. Videos are a great way to train sales staff and educate customers.

“We just wanted to offer our ecommerce customers a more user-friendly video experience for their websites,” says Julia Harney Sportsheets B2B Sales Manager. “Streaming video on product pages can generate a substantial increase in sales, and we want our customers to have all the resources necessary to profit from that.”

Retailers can also watch and share Sportsheets demo videos from the company’s YouTube channel or download them directly from the Sportsheets Reseller Support (SRS) site. The SRS is a B2B service hub housing 40-plus gigabytes of downloadable promotional and marketing materials. In July, Sportsheets increased its GIF offerings to include the company’s latest product releases, Saffron and Special Edition. GIFs play automatically, making them ideal for social media, emails, and websites.
