SE Awards to be presented at ANME Founders Show in Burbank on July 16, 2019, show to be hosted by Certified Sexologist Dr. Jill McDevitt.
“STOREROTICA is excited to announce our final nominees for this year’s SE Awards,” says SE’s Marketing & PR Director, Kristofer Kay. “Each brand and storefront represents outstanding achievement within the adult retail community, and we are once again honored to be the publication that recognizes them.”
Nominees for the 2019 SE Awards were gathered in part by pre-nomination voting via online survey which was live from May 24th to June 5th. Once completed, SE’s editorial staff compiled the votes along with independent polling that was conducted personally with retailers, distributors and manufacturers, to create this Final SE Awards ballot.
The final ballot for the SE Awards will launch on Monday, June 10. Votes will be accepted at www.StoreroticaAwards.com starting that day until June 30.
For over a decade, the STOREROTICA Awards have revered those in both the brick-and-mortar storefront, distributing, and manufacturing levels. The 20 returning categories honored this year include mainstays: Pleasure Product Company of the Year, Distributor of the Year, Fetish Company of the Year, Lubricant Company of the Year, New Product of the Year, Sexual Enhancement Company of the Year, Foreign Manufacturer of the Year, Male Pleasure Product of the Year, and two Retailer of the Year Awards (for independent and chain locations) along with Merchandiser of the Year, Product Packaging of the Year and Executive Of The Year. This year the SE Awards introduce a brand new award, Sex Educator Of The Year.
Weaved through the SE Awards this year will be two very special awards. The first will recognize Williams Trading Company’s Founder, Bob Pyne Sr. as he is inducted into the SE Hall of Fame; and the sex toy blogging sector will be recognized with SE’s “Consumer Choice Award,” presented by SE’s B2C editorial partner, kinkly.com.
“The SE Awards is our favorite time of the year here at the magazine,” says SE’s Kay. “Not only do we come to celebrate the industry’s accomplishments en masse but we’re able to distinguish those talented professionals who are striving to make our community stronger.
