Cloud 9 Novelties is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel McCarthy to the Cloud 9 sales team effective immediately.
Rachel comes from the adult retail industry, with years of experience as a sales associate for brick and mortar locations for the Love Stuff N More chain of adult stores. Having been an adult retail store operator, she understands the importance of in-store education, store merchandising and customer service excellence.
Rachel’s responsibilities include direct sales of the Cloud 9 Novelties brand with training support for all retailers, along with new product launches.
“Rachel McCarthy brings real-time industry experience, store experience, and customer service capabilities to our retail partners,” says Cloud 9 business sales rep Randy A. “Her overall understanding of this industry and keen understanding of adult products and categories is exactly what we are looking for.”
