In A Bag is composed of 30 individual products, all shipped—of course—in a bag. This choice to keep packaging minimal was a purposeful choice Doc Johnson made to decrease waste as well as allow for quality products at an entry-level price point.

Indeed, the commitment to keeping costs low is real. Not one of the 30 In A Bag items retails for over $50, a deliberate choice to help the end consumer discover their new favorite options as well as keeping distributor and retailers investments low.
The products come in three colored bags: Green, which signifies that the products are for people with vulvas; Blue, which signifies products for penises; and Yellow, which signifies that the product inside can be used by any person, regardless of gender or genitalia.
