So, naturally, when it came time to choose a new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), we went for someone who knows a thing or two about both marketing and, let’s say, celebrating life in a very joyous way.

We are thrilled to announce that Jacki Mick — who has been part of the EngErotics team for three years — is now our official CMO and will also be serving as the Marketing Chair of our Board of Directors. Jacki has been instrumental in shaping the EngErotics brand, from our eye-catching product packaging to her visionary marketing strategies that have elevated us to new heights of visibility and success.

Before taking on the role of CMO at EngErotics, Jacki Mick had already made a name for herself as a creative powerhouse with a knack for blending marketing savvy, event planning, and a healthy dose of humor. Her journey began at a small chain of adult stores, where she quickly rose to prominence not just for her marketing expertise but also for her ability to turn an event into something memorable.

Jacki created the F Awards, a cheeky celebration of the best aspects of the adult retail industry from the perspective of the folks actually selling the products, solidifying her as someone who could take both the business and the fun side of the industry and make them seamlessly collide.

Her talents weren’t confined to retail, though. Jacki organized events that spanned from the irreverent to the outright hilarious, including the Worst of Orlando awards, where attendees were celebrated for their “special” achievements. She also made a name for herself as a maker of custom lollipops, one of which — her “White Male Tears” lollipop — earned her a Best Local Sucker award. Yes, it was exactly as delightful and cheeky as it sounds.

Outside of event planning and confectionery innovation, Jacki also blogs into the void, where her witty musings and creative outlets connect her to a small but loyal audience. She turned her love for pop culture into art, creating pieces inspired by the TV shows she loved and using those interests to fuel her campaigns. Through it all, Jacki remained committed to raising up everyone around her — whether it was through mentoring colleagues or making sure every project she touched had a bit of humor, heart, and a lot of authenticity.

It’s this unique combination of creativity, business acumen, and a relentless drive to make things better that she now brings to EngErotics, helping to shape the brand’s voice and presence in a way that feels bold, fresh, and undeniably Jacki.
