Lovehoney Group and plusOne (Beacon Wellness) have resolved a patent infringement dispute relating to Lovehoney Group’s patents and arising out of Beacon Wellness’s sale of a product called “Air Pulsing Arouser” in Canada.
As of July 31, 2025, Beacon Wellness will cease products, importation, and sales of this product in Canada. Both companies share a strong commitment to innovation, fostering safe environments for idea exchange and concept development and to the respect of intellectual property.
