ver attempted to harness the power of a strap-on that flops in one direction, like it’s losing its erection? Or the prosthetic penis misconnects from your hardware altogether, like a freudian slip? The mishap is emasculating enough to devastate any top’s authority!

You’ve seen the classic Body Dock in the past, so you’re likely already familiar with the strap-on’s innovation in quality — how the original design improves the user’s experience in pegging by securing almost all suction-based dildos firmly with its tenacious base. And yet, remarkably, the base is easy to disengage when desired, making a quick costume change in a topping session almost seamless!

The very first Body Dock was released in 2022, as a part of the King Cock Elite line. Now, in its own collection of six variants and with further improvements to the initial model, retailers can anticipate the patented product line to advance strap-on play across every market.

As Kristian Broms, Pipedream’s Chief Design Officer, explains, “The innovation of the Body Dock collection is in the quality, as well as the mechanisms with which the system works, making it much easier to use than traditional strap-ons. The Body Dock boasts the support of dildos more upright than all previous strap-ons which utilize rings, snaps and other cumbersome hardware to hold a dildo in place.”

That all sounds great, right? But as customers and retailers alike may wonder, exactly how does it work?

“To attach a suction-based dildo to the concave ABS plastic or silicone docking plate, all you have to do is push it onto the Dock, like you would stick the dildo to a wall or anything else,” explains Broms.

But because there’s nothing else like the Body Dock on the market, Broms reasons that it’s common to wonder, “Does this really work? Do dildos really stick to it, just by pushing them on?”

In anticipation of this concern, Pipedream offers a point-of-purchase display with a model of the product for retailers’ marketing. The display provides customers the opportunity to test the product before they purchase it.

“In this case, feeling is believing, and when people get their hands on it, they’ll see that it’s on, and it’s actually an incredibly strong bond,” affirms Broms.

Who is the Body Dock line designed for?

Pipedream suggests that the Body Dock was designed with no specific market in mind. Rather, the device for pegging and penetrative play is a product any sexually-active person could enjoy.

“Anyone can wear a strap-on: heterosexual couples with ED issues, people interested in pegging (everyone has an anus) or lesbians interested in penetration,” says Broms. “The Body Dock works for everyone.”

Reinforcing the inclusive nature of the new Body Dock line, the heavy-duty nylon straps and side-release buckles are easily adjustable, so the harness fits a wide range of sizes. Additionally, the body plate form-fits to your unique body shape, which also means that the Body Dock is more pleasant to wear than traditional harnesses. The large Docks distribute the pressure of impact evenly across the pelvic region, and all of the Body Docks come in a commanding black pleather with a soft padding on the backside for the wearer’s upmost comfort.

What does the new collection include?

The full line of Body Dock will be releasing at the end of June 2023 in six different styles: Original, Elite, Elite Mini, Lap Strap, G-Spot Pro and the Strap-On Suspenders. The Original Body Dock is the entry-level product, and it’s similar to the Body Dock Elite.

“The only difference is that the Original has a lower entry price point,” says Broms. “The Dock itself is made of ABS plastic, which is hard, but with a fine polished surface. The bottom is strong and the plate itself is firm.”

The Elite version is made of silicone, so it’s more flexible, softer and forms better to the body than the ABS plate.

The Elite Mini also is silicone, and is essentially the Elite model but with a smaller Body Dock.

“This isn’t necessarily for petite wearers,” Broms explains, “though it may be useful for that. The intention of the Elite Mini is for smaller dildos, especially for pegging.”

The Lap Strap model builds a nice platform on the leg for penetration.

“It’s useful for lap dancing or grinding or whatever people are into,” adds Broms. “It’s a simple and sturdy design for attaching a dildo to where it’s also easy to change out.”

The G-Spot Pro is the silicone design with a whole lot of bells and whistles. In fact, Broms dubs it the “Cadillac of the collection,” both in price and in features.

The model has two motors, an insertable plug, a clitoral stimulation motor and it’s remote-controlled, so the wearer receives significant stimulation during strap-on play.

The Strap-on Suspenders model is a typical Pipedream take, borrowing from the King Cock and Dilio lines sold already but incorporated into the Body Dock technology. This model is essentially the Original Body Dock but with the addition of comfortable plush padding for the shoulders. The suspenders are removable, so the unit can be worn with or without this feature.

“There’s a reason for preferring each of these, depending on the user’s desires,” says Broms. “They’re all built on the same system, just with slight variations catered to different uses. The suspenders are great for the user base that likes especially to use large dildos, because they help distribute the weight and hold those items up better. But for wearers that want extra stimulation, obviously the vibration of the G-Spot is an exciting new feature. The two Elite are basically the same, except the Mini is preferred for smaller dildos. And the Original is the Original. The Lap Strap is really the only model that’s attachable to somewhere other than the pelvic region, and that’s its defining feature. This model is most desired by users who have different dildos that they want to try in a single session.”

What can retailers expect — and when can they expect it?

The Body Dock collection is coming out at last, after an abundance of time and effort has been absorbed into remodeling and branding the product’s variants. Retailers can anticipate a planogram 3D sign as well as a P.O.P. display for marketing the new Body Dock line.

“In terms of retail packaging, it’s a really fresh look that will pop and create newness in any retail store that sells it, both in terms of the concept of the product as well as the retail packaging,” says Broms. “Retailers are always seeking new sections, and this is a brand new collection to stock in their store. And by increasing our production quantities, we’ve been able to negotiate better pricing without reducing quality, so the price points are even more attractive than before.”

So far, Broms shares that reception of the new Body Dock line has been enthusiastic.

“People can’t believe that no one has thought of this until Pipedream came along!” he raves. “The products are all built of high-quality materials, from the plates to the straps. And the addition of snap buckles to this collection is a note-worthy improvement on the original design. If you have all the straps set to your size, you can just snap in and out with the snap buckles without having to alter the adjustments. Convenience is one of the Body Dock’s greatest advantages over traditional strap-ons.”

As Broms explains, no distributors have exclusive rights to the Body Dock; the new line can be found for sale by all the major pleasure product distributors, following its release in June.

“Everyone will be carrying this exciting new line from Pipedream,” Broms beams.
