Pipedream Products is continuing its trend of experimenting with silicone with an introduction of penis extensions under its new Fantasy X-tension Elite line.
Amid a changing landscape that includes team transitions and a hybrid model of work as the industry shakes off the pandemic, Pipedream Products has barely paused long enough to catch its breath. Rather than use this uncertain time as an excuse to slow down, they’ve forged ahead with new lines, new iterations and new visions of its esteemed pleasure products.
The company’s newest release — Fantasy X-tensions Elite, silicone penis extensions — is slated to hit shelves in September.
“These will be realistic molds/sculptures, which we sell already and are a big category for us,” says Kristian Broms, chief design officer for Pipedream Products, citing the existing Fantasy X-tensions as a popular brand for the company. “We’ve been selling our existing line of extensions for eight years now and it continues to be a staple for us. This time around we’re doing something similar to what we did with King Cock Elite. More specifically, we’re moving into realistic silicone extensions on a large scale.
“We’re taking what’s worked well for us in the past and improving them in every manner possible,” Broms continues. “We believe they’ll be some of the most realistic extensions on the market.”
Broms points out the general perception of two camps when it comes to extensions: people that want to wear something unrealistically large, and those aiming for a better sense of realism.
For the latter, “that usually means you want the extension to look like a real penis,” says Broms.
The products will be made from the same high-grade silicone utilized for King Cock Elite products. While the company’s previous products are still a viable profit generator, Broms can’t hide his enthusiasm when describing these new items.
“This is definitely for the people that are more concerned about getting silicone as the material as well as improving the realism (skin tones, for example),” he says, pointing out these products will come out in light, medium and dark. “It’s really exciting. It’s something we’ve wanted to do for a long time but it wasn’t necessarily plausible in the past.”
Broms explains how previous silicone properties prohibited making these products or limited how effective they could be, including not being stretchy enough for extensions — aka, the durometer (a standardized way of measuring the hardness of materials like rubber or plastic) of some of these silicone products is much lower than in previous eras.
Broms explains durometer is usually described in degrees of hardness or softness, which may be a scale ranging from 20-70. Now, that range can reach zero or even sub-zero degrees — resulting in some of the stretchiest silicone to ever grace shelves and boudoirs.
An extension with no stretch to it, he explains, could pose a usability problem for customers.
“We feel like we’ve found the right thickness, the right durometer, the right everything to make these work,” Broms says.
Penis sleeves are primarily used to increase the girth and length of a user’s penis. However, it may also be a useful product for people experiencing ED or premature ejaculation. Sleeves and strap-ons were originally designed as medical aids to allow patients with ED to have penetrative sex. In addition, they are constrictive and can help maintain erections by trapping blood in the erect penis. For customers that experience premature ejaculations, Fantasy X-tensions can also be a great aid by reducing sensation during sex.

Scintillating with silicone
Indeed, silicone has long been a buzzword in the industry and new breakthroughs in technology have only reignited the demand for silicone-based products. The new Fantasy X-tensions Elite, which will debut with around 15 SKUs — including extensions ranging from one to three inches — will give retailers and consumers a chance to buy more durable products, even if they do come in at higher price points.
“Great sex requires intimacy, engagement, and trust, but there is also the thrilling aspect of fantasies and exploration,” says Broms. “That’s where our Fantasy X-tensions come into play. Our customers wear penis sleeves for many reasons, but they typically use it to increase the length and girth of their penises. The increased size brings a new element into the bedroom that can be extraordinarily thrilling, both physically and psychologically.”
Another game-changer for these new products that Pipedream Products is investing in is incorporating vibrating, rechargeable styles with these extensions. In their current offerings, Pipedream has extensions that have a vibrating tip, but these new versions will vibrate, be rechargeable and be remote-controlled.
“It’s cool because it provides satisfying stimulation for the wearer and partner,” says Broms. “The motors inside are really powerful.”
Both the remote and the tip are rechargeable on the vibrating versions. Broms says these penis extensions were a natural byproduct of customer feedback coupled with sales numbers and what market trends indicate.
“We’ve heard from customers who would like to see (more) pieces made out of silicone,” says Broms. “We always listen to that type of feedback and it only makes sense to make improved versions of existing, successful lines. It’s just such a vast improvement over our existing products, it’ll be worth it for us and for end consumers.”
He continues to note that these products will offer all the benefits typically associated with silicone; that is, hygiene, durability, versatility, etc.
“Silicone has such a big following and so many good properties, we’re beyond elated to roll out these products,” says Broms.
For retailers, the packaging of the Fantasy X-tensions Elite penis extensions will follow the newer standards Pipedream has established for recent releases, like King Cock Elite.
“We’re proud of the way these pieces turned out and look, so we definitely want to show them off to prospective customers,” says Broms. The boxes will feature a die-cut window on one side of the box to fully show off the goods while the flip side of the box will have product images and information.
“We definitely want to put these on display to give everyone an opportunity to check these extensions out,” says Broms.

Speaking of visuals, it’s no surprise the correlation between visual stimulation and the perception of sexual pleasure.
“That’s why our team spends so much time sculpting and designing our sleeves, dildos, and strokers.
