Beginning July 1, Pipedream rolled out its Never Out Top Sellers (NOTS) program to customers. The NOTS program guarantees that the company will be 100% in-stock on 250 of its best-selling items.

As a reminder about Pipedream’s new NOTS program, it sent “knot-styled” puzzles to all buyers and issued the “NOTS Marble Challenge,” in which you solve the knot puzzle and find the marble inside. Take a selfie holding the marble and receive 5% off invoice on your first NOTS order. Pipedream had no idea that the “challenge” would be so successful until the selfies started streaming in from all over the world.

“We’ve already received hundreds of selfies with our customers proudly holding their NOTS marbles,” says Kristin Calzada, Pipedream’s chief revenue officer and founder of the NOTS program. “It’s been fun to see how creative our customers have gotten when sending back their selfies. We’ve had customers wearing costumes, taking unique photo angles, and even using stop-motion to photograph their marble mid-air among the puzzle pieces. Our entire photo department team looks forward to receiving these new photos each day!”

Pipedream is using its new NOTS program to instill confidence in the company’s ability to fill their top-selling items. The goal is to ensure that customers never have an empty hook or shelf in-store where one of Pipedream’s best-selling products should be on display.
