Eldorado’s Marketing Manager, Nathan Morimitsu, breaks down stroker options for adult retailers looking to expand their stock.
(NOTE: This story appears in the April 2025 issue of SE Magazine.)
As I’m writing this (in early March) we have nearly 1,200 different strokers in our warehouse. These strokers probably occupy more square feet of our warehouse than most brick-and-mortar stores have in their entire space. This begs the question, “How do you pick the right strokers for your store?”
That’s a tough one. As much as I would like you to order three-deep of all 1200 strokers, that’s not practical. Instead, let’s look at your customers and see if we can’t identify some areas for you to focus on.
If your store is in a college town near campus, you might have the hardest job when it comes to narrowing your selection. My recommendation is to stick primarily to the influencer and porn star strokers. Big favorites in this category include Doc Johnson’s Main Squeeze (Camgirls/Celebrity Girls), Signature Strokers and Cousins Group’s Pornstar Signature Series.
Now, if you happen to be near a military base, you can’t go wrong with PDX’s Flasks and Shower Therapy discreet strokers. Troops aren’t allowed to have masturbators on base, but these “hide-in-plain-sight” ones will keep them camouflaged from all but the closest of inspections.
Whatever your clientele, always stock an assortment of price points and styles, even if that means you have split collections.

If your clientele includes the LGBTQIA+ community, keep the Blush’s Coverboy strokers from on hand, along with the Man Squeeze collection from Doc Johnson. Don’t forget your creature lovers out there! There are fantasy strokers from XR Brands (Creature Cocks), Blush (Enlust), CalExotics (Anime), Icon (Alien Nation), and more.
There are also a plethora of vibrating and/or sucking/stroking devices out in the world. Some offer “interactive play,” like Kirroo’s Keon & Onyx or the Autoblow AI+. There are app-enabled ones that allow users to let their partner take control from across the room, or the world, and of course, ones that require a little less setup and tech skill.
Chances are, you have customers looking for “starter” strokers before they commit to the larger ticket items above. If I were you, I would choose a range of styles and prices, starting with lower stock quantities to see what sells fastest and then expand those lines. These go great by the registers as impulse items, or cross-merchandise with lubes and condoms. Some popular ones include (and most definitely aren’t limited to); Always Horny (Nasstoys), Eggs (Satisfyer), Quickie-To-Go, In-A-Bag, and Good Head (Doc Johnson), Kraken Eggs (Lovense), Rinse & Repeat (Global Novelties), Rize (Blush), and about 500 more.
Whew. That covers less than half of those 1,200 units in the Eldorado warehouse. Whatever your clientele, always stock an assortment of price points and styles, even if that means you have split collections. This gives your customers a wide variety and keeps them returning for more.
