Sportsheets has promoted Sylvia Lopez to customer experience manager.

A Sportsheets veteran of 10-plus years, Lopez is focused on her primary objective: ensuring all customer needs are met by the service team. As an integral member of the companyā€™s overall sales efforts, Lopez will continue to manage select customer accounts.

Lopez began her industry career in 2009 as a Sportsheets receptionist and quickly rose to the position of one of the companyā€™s top sales representatives. After rebuilding the customer service team earlier this year, Lopez is energized and welcomes her new position with open arms.

Lopez and the rest of the Sportsheets team are currently preparing for the companyā€™s summer product release scheduled for early Q3.
